คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ร่วมเวทีนานาชาติ US-Thai/US-ASEAN Pharmacy Consortia Meeting 2026 เชื่อมพลังความร่วมมือด้านเภสัชศาสตร์สู่ระดับโลก เมื่อวันที่ 3–5 มิถุนายน 2569 คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร นำโดย ศ. ดร. ภก.พรศักดิ์ ศรีอมรศักดิ์ คณบดีคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ และ รศ. ดร. ภก.สุมนต์ สกลไชย อุปนายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร พร้อมด้วย ผศ. ดร. ภก.ปริญญ์ จักรสมิทธานนท์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายการจัดการทรัพยากรเพื่อความยั่งยืน และ รศ. ดร. ภก.ไชยกาญจน์ พรพิชณรงค์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายองค์กรสัมพันธ์และกิจการพิเศษ เข้าร่วมการประชุมนานาชาติ 2026 US-Thai/US-ASEAN Pharmacy Consortia Meeting ณ College of Pharmacy, University of Illinois Chicago และ College of Pharmacy, University of Iowa ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา
การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้หัวข้อ “Global Collaboration in Pharmacy Education, Practice, and Research” เป็นเวทีสำคัญที่รวบรวมผู้บริหาร นักวิชาการ และเครือข่ายสถาบันการศึกษาด้านเภสัชศาสตร์จากประเทศไทย ประเทศในภูมิภาคอาเซียน และสหรัฐอเมริกา เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนวิสัยทัศน์และแนวทางการพัฒนาการศึกษา การปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพ และงานวิจัยด้านเภสัชศาสตร์ในบริบทสากล
ในโอกาสนี้ คณบดีคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุม Board & Deans Meeting ซึ่งเป็นการหารือระดับผู้บริหารของเครือข่าย เพื่อร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ การสร้างโอกาสด้านการวิจัยร่วม การแลกเปลี่ยนอาจารย์และนักศึกษา ตลอดจนการยกระดับการจัดการศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ให้ตอบสนองต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงของระบบสุขภาพและสังคมโลก
การเข้าร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ในการขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับสถาบันชั้นนำระดับนานาชาติ ทั้งในกรอบ US-Thai Pharmacy Consortium และ US-ASEAN Pharmacy Consortium รวมถึงการสร้างความเชื่อมโยงกับเครือข่ายสถาบันด้านเภสัชศาสตร์ในสหรัฐอเมริกา เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาการศึกษา งานวิจัย นวัตกรรม และวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน
ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร สู่การเป็นสถาบันที่มีบทบาทในเวทีนานาชาติ พร้อมร่วมขับเคลื่อนองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมด้านเภสัชศาสตร์ เพื่อยกระดับการดูแลสุขภาพของประชาชนในอนาคต
Faculty of Pharmacy, Silpakorn University Participates in the 2026 US-Thai/US-ASEAN Pharmacy Consortia Meeting, Strengthening Global Collaboration in Pharmacy
During 3–5 June 2026, the Faculty of Pharmacy, Silpakorn University, led by Prof. Dr. Pornsak Sriamornsak, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Silpakorn University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr.Sumon Sakolchai, Vice-chairman of the Silpakorn University Council, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Prin Chaksmithanont , Associate Dean for Resource management for Sustainability, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chaiyakarn Pornpitchanarong, for Corporate Engagement and Special Affairs, participated in the 2026 US-Thai/US-ASEAN Pharmacy Consortia Meeting held at the College of Pharmacy, University of Illinois Chicago, and the College of Pharmacy, University of Iowa, United States of America.
The meeting was held under the theme “Global Collaboration in Pharmacy Education, Practice, and Research.” It served as an important platform bringing together executives, academics, and networks of pharmacy education institutions from Thailand, ASEAN countries, and the United States to exchange visions and approaches for advancing pharmacy education, professional practice, and research in an international context.
On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Silpakorn University, also attended the Board & Deans Meeting, a high-level executive forum of the network. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss strategies for enhancing academic collaboration, creating opportunities for joint research, promoting faculty and student exchange, and advancing pharmacy education to respond effectively to the changing needs of health systems and global society.
The Faculty’s participation in this international meeting reflects the strong commitment of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Silpakorn University, to expanding collaborative networks with leading international institutions under the frameworks of the US-Thai Pharmacy Consortium and the US-ASEAN Pharmacy Consortium. It also strengthens connections with pharmacy education networks in the United States, supporting the sustainable development of pharmacy education, research, innovation, and the pharmacy profession.
This participation marks an important step in enhancing the capacity of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Silpakorn University, toward becoming an institution with a greater role on the international stage, while contributing to the advancement of knowledge and innovation in pharmacy to improve public health care in the future.
